About Mia
My focus as a therapist is to provide compassionate support to individuals and families navigating the complex terrain of grief, trauma, and/or parenting challenges. With a deep understanding of the human experience and a commitment to fostering healing, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, process their experiences, and move toward healing and growth.
I believe in the transformative power of psychotherapy to facilitate change, foster healing, restore hope, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being for individuals and families alike. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and forge deeper connections with themselves, their loved ones, and society.
Being a mother, co-parent, partner, daughter, and sister, I have learned to overcome challenges and embrace life's journey with optimism. I enjoy photography, hiking, running, sewing, and gardening. Being in nature with my family is my favorite way to rebalance and ground myself.
